On the sofa with a blocked up nose trying to have a nap.

I think her pre-school should of used common sense and not let her outside to play today and yesterday knowing full well she hasnt been well.

Well she had a tummy bug beginning of the week, seemed better on Thurs so i took her pre-school and i took her today. When i went to pick her up the teacher said she had been complaining about belly ache. Came home and she now has a full blown cold.

Shes been outside playing at school as she got her trousers wet and came home in a diff pair. So im not happy that she was let outside in the bad weather considering she hasnt been 100%.

I would of just perferred if they kept her inside.

I *think* that if the child want's to go outside the staff have to let them - I asked once if they could make sure my little girl stayed in (it was raining and she'd just got over a cough/cold) and they said if she asked to go out they had to let her ofsted rules apparently... The world is going crazy

And cap'njack I think it's worth trying to call them and check whether they got your complaint and what's the status.

i never found out the nature of your complaint but if it's been that long it's just rude of them isn't it.
definitely find out what is going on.

I'm having a nightmare day today, my work has had new phones installed and I haven't got the hang of them yet and keep cutting people off and transferring them here, there and everywhere! Just had one poor man stuck on hold for 5 minutes as I couldn't work out how to get him off of hold

Thanks for the welcome. I'm having a good day today, I go off to DLP on monday to celebrate DH 40th and we just got told that DH has just got a new job. He got paid off end of nov so that is great news. Now we can really enjoy our trip.

hi guys, whats happening?

all good here, found my bag with the families hats in, took me about an hour!!
Josh is running round dressed as spiderman so thats good, he is refusing medication, yes I have even pinned him down but he just spits it out! so last time he had anything was 9ish...so far hes not got a temperature though ... gonna have to get some in for bedtime though!
