Good Evening to you! Am having a few mins on here while I wait for Neil to get home from work! Lottie is bathed and in bed, dinner is cooking and the house is clean and tidied apart from the pile of ironing which is looking at me!

you are much more organised than me lol. ash sneaked in a nap today so now she isnt tired so she is dancing around to mary poppins. and i have a lot to do and all lol

Kyra had a eventful day at pre-school, she cried when i left, cried when it was tidy up time and got hit on the head by toy brick by the teacher (was a acccident)....lets hope tomorrow is more eventful.

Kyra had a eventful day at pre-school, she cried when i left, cried when it was tidy up time and got hit on the head by toy brick by the teacher (was a acccident)....lets hope tomorrow is more eventful.

oh no poor kyra. how did the teacher manage to hit her with a block?? thats not the best start with that teacher lol

I'm (on the whole!) a pretty organised person! Wanted to get the majority of the housework done today so that I can study tomorrow and am working a long day Thurs, then Lottie has preschool and tap on Fri, we're off out on Sat to my parents and am back at work on Sunday, so it was more of a necessity lol!

I didn't let Lottie nap today so she was exhausted by the time she went to bed! She's had a chest infection, so has been napping during the day for a couple of hours, but still going to bed by 7!!

Oh no, poor Kyra, hope she's OK. It's so hard to leave them when they're crying, Lottie loves preschool, but she cried when I had to leave at her Xmas Party, I ended up phoning to check she was OK and she was absolutly fine. I hope tomorrow goes better for you both.

It was the head who hit her They was apparantly playing trains with Dora's castle acting as Disneyland (The teacher had even stuck on a sigh that said Disneyland ) and i think she just got hit by a toy brick.

I used to be organised but it seems to have changed.

I was proud of myself tonight though - I got home from work, collected DD from after school club, put tea in the oven,tidied up, put the washing machine on, emptied the dish washer, put yesterdays washing away -
and this is the bit Im proud of - it was all before logging on here

The only thing that freaked me out at the playschool was God's Corner, i know its a catholic school but they never showed me that part of the room I'm not exactly the most religious person on earth

Good evening !!! I am certainly starting to feel the after-effects of my swim this morning. I'm starting to ache. I did 26 laps in 30 mins - not bad going for a first swim.

Cap'n - I forgot to wish you a Happy birthday this morning!! Sorry! So, happy birthday and hope you're enjoying your evening so far.

this could be the same place Cathy's son is stuck on and maybe i didn't understand it properly and is most likely because there are different versions of this game for the different formats. I did do a similar thing though when once you have run over all the green / red boxes ( whatever there are least of) then the spikes stopped firing enabling you to get across

I'll take a snapshot of it when I next play the game .

For those of you puzzled by what to do on computer games, I tend to find http://www.gamefaqs.com to be a good site - you just search for the name of the game, select the system you're playing it on, then you get provided with a number of so called walkthroughs

Oh dear, poor Kyra. Hope she'll have a better day tomorrow. It does get easier (on the child and on the parent!). Did they say how she was otherwise? Did she enjoy herself?

No it was a huge cardboard cross with photos of the kids on it with i love god written in huge letters lol.

I'm all for learning about God etc but it was a bit in your face.

The teachers said she was ok, she was hanging out with all the boys lol. I thought she be doing painting and playing in the house and kitchen etc not playing trains and trucks and riding the big boy bikes
