A bloke I worked with was a mystery shopper for a pub chain. He had to drink in pubs, eat in the restaurants and 'enjoy' the entertainment. Can't be bad.

Emma, have you thought about training to work in pre-school/school? That way, you work school hours and you are at home during school holidays. You could perhaps be a teaching assistant or pre-school key worker. If you trained now, it would be perfect for when Kyra starts school.

My colleague in the school office has bipolar disorder and was off for a couple of months before I joined, in the 'nutty ward' (as she cheerfully describes it) - there was certainly no problem with her coming back to work and at that time she worked in a classroom with the children.

thats a bit similar to mine i have to go to supermarkets and small offliscences

i have once been to a bar for them they paid for my taxi etc

all i have to say if they ask me for id or not

I think some 'professionals' think they are experts in every field - presumably your psychiatrist was moonlighting as an employment law advisor.

Getting ID'd is funny like that!

When jack and i were in vegas we got ID'd all the time! For every coke we bought, if we were just on machines, when i bought a water and a bag of crisps.

Wanna know the one time i didnt? When I bought a huge strawberry daquiri with 5 shots of vodka in!!
