OT: ChaCha

OMG, I guess I should've been happy with the one question every 3-5 minutes. It's now been about 16 minutes and I've had nothing.

I made top guide with no problem. I haven't been able to get into ChaCha since this morning. Are they still fixing it? Is it still down completely. When I do manage to get signed in I get kicked right back out. I can't even get to the forum or underground to report it. Why can't they just say guides take the next week off so we can get this fixed & not leave us all hanging forever? We should get a "it is too slow/we are working on it/don't bother signing in" alert.

I've been logged in and questions were coming every 3-5 minutes. Now it's dropped to every 15 minutes or so. But I cannot get onto the underground at all to see my account or the forums.

I am not getting questions now - but I did notice they turned the specialist questions back on. They really should reset to the last known working code and work out the kinks before they release the specialist information.

Since they turned specialist questions back on, I've been getting specialist questions every 1-3 minutes. That's the best it has been for me since this whole mess started! Let's hope this is a good sign!

I'm happy for you but if they fixed it, then it should be fixed for everyone.

I am getting them irratically. Back to back then ten minutes then 2 minutes then 10 etc.

This morning questions were every 3 minutes or so, but I wanted to get to the mall and get my errands done, so I signed out.
Now I've been on most of the afternoon and had...oh, 3 questions? All have been specialist.
I made the 200 for this week, but I got booted a couple times so I doubt my completion rate is high enough to be a top guide next week.

I haven't had ONE question this afternoon! I'm not going to make 200 again this week because I don't have internet at home yet due to our move and I won't get 200 by the time I leave work.!!!

I sat there for an hour with not one question and then gave up to go eat lunch. It's very disheartening to have this happening for a week now. We don't know what's going on, when it's going to be fixed, some guides are getting questions and some aren't, it's a mess. And on top of all that it's happening at the worst possible time for many who were counting on this for Christmas money.

That is the only page that will load for me! No KB, account info, forums ... just answer questions?

That really concerns me. It's reminding me of the days when reward programs started to fail. Anybody remember that? Lots of people, including me, lost tons of money they had earned.

I don't know. I'm not feeling so good about this.

I am only in week 2 and I can say I am a little worried too. After reading so many things that were so good about ChaCha I went right into it and was quite excited about it. The first week I didn't get a ton of questions or anything but I was o.k. since I was learning. Now, I just have an uneasy feeling since it seems that people who have been there a long time are starting to feel uneasy.

I have been getting questions today about every 2-3 minutes after I finally was able to log on. But like you, nothing else will load up. I am trying to keep the faith though. I really would like to make a little money doing it, was hoping to use it for grocery money so we could start adding the savings account a bit more frequently than we have been able to do. Ugh is all I can say right now!

I got that too and while I'd like to work tonight I just don't think I am.

Keep in mind this is just how I feel but it's like they're saying, "Work for us so we can send out these ads which businesses have paid for but we're not going to let you see how money you have, what you're earning, won't let you discuss it, won't give you any way to contact us ... basically we're going to keep you in the dark while we sit on the money."

Something's not smelling right to me at the moment.

I just wanted you all to know that I can see my earnings. You might have to hit refresh several times to see it but they are there and they are updating. I have made $10 today which stinks for normal standards but I am happy!

Guides are complaining about not being able to pay for diapers & bills. They expect us to buy a t-shirt?

I can't even log on I keep gettin logged out. I have answered 4 questions in the past 3 hours. I can't see if I have been paid for any of the 4 questions & can't get to the underground to send feedback either.

I'm jealous too! I'm logged on just for the fun of it.
10+ minutes now and not a single question. I logged in, out, cleared ... and that's still the only page I can get too.

So here I sit. What's everybody else doing?
