I finally got in and passed the Guide test, but now I'm now doing the Simulator test, and I only have one more question to go and I'm not getting any questions. UGH!

Does anyone else notice a connection between the Universe crashing/no queries and the contests that they run? It seems to me like every time they have a contest like they are tonight the system goes down or there are no questions.

I think a lot of people get on at the same time during the contest periods and it overloads their system. Just a thought because it was fine for me all day.

I use ESPN.com for just about everything sports related, especially game scores. This site also has spread info,

I installed the flash driver the the microfox to be a expeditor and now I've lost my icon on my deskstop to get internet explorer and my homepage of comcast.net. I still can't get any answers from ChaCha. How do I restore my old settings? DO I have to uninstall the ChaCha stuff?

Ok , I passed the first three test today. I downloaded all the stuff, get through one (test) question and then everything stopped. I logged out and logged back in and it was giving me an error page????

Has this ever happen to anyone?? What am I suppose to do?

This happened to me too. I'm in the middle of my Readiness Test with one question to go, and the whole "Universe" shut down. On the Forums, they're all talking about it there too.

No, it didn't. But you can change that easily in your internet options tab. I think ChaCha Universe only runs on Mozilla Firefox, not IE.

Yes, it did. I had to change it back to yahoo. Firefox seems to slow everything down.

I'm sorry, but that kinda makes me feel better . Hopefully it will be back up soon. I was so excited when I passed everything, then I thought oh shoot....I messed something up!

Yes, I kept gettin logged out as I aproached question number 140 last night. The quick links loaded so slow I had the answer written & sent before I got an error saying the quick links page couldn't load. So frustrating. As the final hour, 9PM, 12PM, got closer I found the system to be slower & slower. I don't know what the problem is or the solution.
My main complaint is, I need a way to get away when my children need something. They need to fix that "away" thing.
It seems like everytime they fix something 4 other things go wrong.

I didn't pass the guide test about 3 weeks ago well out of the blue yesterday I got an email from ChaCha saying there was a problem with the "sms" test and I was being given a chance to retake it. Well I never studied the stuff that they will ask me, any ideas how I can get to the handbook? Weird. My account has been suspended for quite awhile-I was offered to be an expeditor and could not get on to take that test. Any help will be appreciated.

I just signed up under a brand new email address and re-took the Guide test. Just print everything out and read it. That way, you can look at it the same time as taking the test.

I had trouble getting in on the Expeditor thing too. It says my account is suspended, which is why I started all over again with a new account.
