Is the system running really slow for anyone else tonight? I was doing really good, getting questions continuously and then it seemed everything just locked up.

I was wondering this too. Is there a way we can view our accuracy?

I'm having the same problems. Sometimes I'll be answering a question, and when I click on one of the buttons you're supposed to click on in the process (validate, green plus select this website, etc.), the screen will just go blank-I mean stark white with just the blue window header at the top. Sometimes it works itself out, and other times I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to get the task manager up to end the task & start over. I hate that, because I know the question, answer, everything is gone then! Other times, I'll get the "ding-dong" doorbell, click to accept the question, and then nothing happens! I've cleared everything, restarted the computer....frustrating!!!

Yes! Its so frustrating...and not enough queries...I think everyone is just on right now (as in guides).

My goal is to do 30 an hour (lofty), but most questions I can do in under 2 minutes. But that only works if I get them back to back. I've only done 40 in 1.5 hours tonite.

Just a quick question. . .since I finished my simulator test last night, should I wait until Monday to see if I get an acceptance letter? I've noticed many of you saying you got it the next day, but it is a weekend so maybe QC isn't grading tests right now. . .thanks for your help!

Well, after complaining to the DIS, I logged back into ChaCha, and lo and behold, it was working like a charm! The system really picked up and was working great!

Yes, probably Monday. I took my test on a Saturday and heard Monday morning. My husband just took his as well, so he's waiting to hear. I hope he passes so I can get that extra 2 cents. Woohoo!

Well, I finally jumped in and took the simulator test last night- I actually ended up doing 14 questions instead of 10 because I was having fun. A couple of the questions took me a while to find an answer to, so I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I really hope that I can do this- I am pg (due in January), and would like to stay home after the baby is born. My current employer is willing to let me work from home after I come back from maternity leave, but I won't have the amount of hours that I do now. It would be nice to have something else to earn a little bit here and there to save up for "fun money" too!

Quick question- do most of you do the debit card payment, or the once a month payment into your bank account?

WHEN is pay day? I heard from someone it might be the 15th of each month.... If that is true, If I work on the 14th, do I get paid for that time the very next day? Or is there a cut-off day for each pay period?

I got my first QC. Now I'm worried I'm going to get fired, because even though I understand what they think I did wrong, I don't really agree with it. I gave them the answer (I thought), plus some additional info that I thought might interest them. This is what ChaCha said:

Problem: You did not answer the question asked. You should have looked up the current radar.

I might question that back, because the Query did not specify when they were looking for the information , just if a storm was coming which could have meant now or later..

I have been trying to download the ChaCha toolbar. Even though I downloaded Firefix and made it my default browser IE is trying to download the toolbar and, of course, it can't. Any ideas how I can get Firefox to download the toolbar?

I got my first one too and only after 300 searches. Mine was for not giving them my name. When the question said: What is your name and don't say George Bush cuz I already got that.

I said I could not give them my personal information, but I guess you can give them your name.

I was upset about it, but I know now.

Does anyone know how many you are allowed? Not that I want anymore.
