Oh man, sorry to hear that.I'm posting here because maybe someone has an answer for me.
I got my first QC letter because I couldn't find and answer the asked for more information?![]()
If you hit the clarify button too many times, I understand that you will not remain an employee. I have never hit clarify. So, we give a half answer or just "some" link related to the question instead of being honest?
The question was- when WAS the last ER show final episode, and what station?
I'm aggravated- the last ER show has NOT been shown yet, the new season starts this September for the last season run for the show ???
My reply was that I was having no luck, could you please send more information so ChaCha could answer that question. I spent adequate time on this search and felt that I did my best.
I have seen a million times, in the forums, that people reply to please send more information and that they were not having any luck or that the information did not appear to be available at this time. I've done a ton of follow-ups when other guides asked for more information?![]()
I don't want to ask on their forums because it's like everyone is out to get each other with all the how do I report a guide stuff. I worry about my work and don't try to police other's work- that's what QC is for, YKWIM?
I learned my lesson, I will just give the best answer I can and not be honest if I really can't locate the exact answer.
I've been busy and answered over 1900 queries so far and am rethinking this, maybe you stick out if you are working hard and draw attention? Of course, the more that you answer the more chance that you will make a mistake at times too. I guess one QC out of over 1900 questons isn't too bad, except I don't want any!![]()
AARRRGGGHHHH! Vent over.

I hate all the TV questions. I found a great site http://www.tv.com/special_feature/premiere-plots/ugly-betty/index.html Actually, Wiki has better information about shows but we can't use it.

I still am having problems with recent history. Do I need to open a new tab and copy/paste the Source site into that? I tried not opening a new tab and it took me out of the search

Oh well, I hope I can get ahead of the learning curve. I hope they understand beginner's mistakes.
