I was in panic mode as I was only at 60 for the week. I had a total of 16 for the day yesterday and I was logged in for over 10 hours. Then today I hit it... I am at over 100 for the day... HALLELUJAH. There really has to be a server or technical issue as I went 3 days last week with awesome numbers coming in, then dead for 5 days. Keep the faith!!!

Well no top guide for me next week or probably the follwing. I have been logged in almost 6 hours and have gotten 0 questions.

I have lived at my computer for the last week, I used to be able to answer 40 question per hour and make around $8 per hour.

I haven't bothered to figure out what I make an hour now because it would depress me.

All I know is this is more money then I would have if I wasn't leaving the computer on all day. I will continue to push on for what little money I can earn for gas and food.

I feel quite angry that the expediters who couldn't pass the guide test, I am not knocking the guides who choose to change positions- they've already passed the test, were given a less demanding job with less pay- fair enough, now ChaCha is forcing them to answer all of our questions, leaving us out of work, and them earning less money then they could as a guide- I'm really thinking of changing positions just to get some work.

I feel like our work has been outsourced for cheaper labor.

All of the signs point to unemployment or very little work for the guides in the near future, it'll be worst then it is now.

I made TG again, I've always been a TG since they started this last summer. This week but for some reason I just don't care any more.

ChaCha is taking a person who is willing to work all hours and always do the best that they can and just disposing of them. I could just cry.

I didn't even get to take the sim test, just the first multiple choice test that came up. don't know how I failed that.
LOL..........i managed to graduate with honors from grad school, can research anything.........and chacha doesn't think so.
but I digress.............

it also annoys me that now I am answering questions that in the past would go to a guide, for the expeditor pay. I feel like if we are answering, we should get the higher pay. but I realize why they are doing this. to save $$$
I had a chemistry question today, and a box came up with several choices and said is one of these the answer? i knew the answer so chose it, and sent it to the IS

i agree with all of this. if expeditors are going to do the job, they should receive the same pay. we have been outsourced for cheaper labor, and that cheaper labor is getting the shaft. honestly, i don't care about any of it anymore. after being "blessed" with 225 queries yesterday, i've received SIXTEEN so far today. i cannot for the life of me understand how work can be distributed so unevenly. and the top guide of all top guides had over 2,500 queries! WHAAAAAAT? how the *^#@ is that possible? i sit here 12-14 hours per day and can barely make 100 queries each day! i just don't get it, i wish someone could explain how the system works. but i guess we'll never get any answers b/c chacha doesn't believe in communicating with the likes of us. they're rather let us sit here idle, twiddling our thumbs and killing ourselves changing our C&I when they know that doesn't matter. i bet they get a good laugh out of us.

so that box came up with the choices to answer the question.
BUT, i had to go look it up because, I had no clue where is area code 218
I didn't mind when i knew the answer without having to look it up, but if I have to look it up that is a different story.

What happens if you just send the question on - do you get a QC for that? It seems to me if an expeditor has to go check an answer then they shouldn't answer it.
