How long does it take for them to verify your bank account? I entered my account info today, but I'm afraid I won't get paid on the 15th. I'm only done with 400 questions, and I don't want to do 600 in a hurry if I'm not going to get paid on the 15th.

I think I was accepted as a guide!
I haven't received an email yet, but I kept checking my status through "my account". Yesterday it showed what I searched and that it was "in training". OK, so still waiting. Checked this morning to see if my account would say anything new (I'm too inpatient to wait for an email). Nothing. I went to the Universe just to see what would happen. I logged in and two questions were given quickly. I thought likely more sim training questions, so went ahead and anwered them. I put myself on away and checked my account. On earnings it says $.20! I guess that means I was accepted.

What do you think? Am I reading too much into it? Now, I will be completely bummed if I am rejected.

I would think if you're getting paid you were accepted. I also kept checking and was able to start working before getting my email.

If you do 120 queries between 6:00pm and 3:00am you will get $12.00 extra dollars added to your account. Barring any quality issues of course.

You should have gotten an email but there were several people on the forums saying that they didn't receive them.

The only thing I can see that is "wrong" is the address is actually 1600 Pennsylvania, NW. It all looked correct to me, but I did find the NW on a couple of sites.

Such a little thing for a QC, isn't it?

It could be what Mom2micayla said about the NW and it could also be that you didn't include a phone number with the address. Apparently they are particularly anal about that, if someone asks for an address we are supposed to give a phone number also and vice versa, address if they ask for a phone number.

I think it is so dumb but apparently people get QC for that a lot.

Yup, I am one of the unfortunate that did not realize that and was dinged for it. You always have to include the phone number with an address or an address with a phone number. It's crazy, but that is how it works.

I still can't tell. I've answered at least 12 questions and it shows up in time searching but nothing in time training. I have no earnings and under tasks, it has 0 for both search and training sessions. under my profile, it has 0 for all the searches for this current week. It says Level: Master, but nothing after Training Status:

What do you thing this means? That it didn't record any of my questions answered?

Where do you enter bank info? Under Payment Information is just has a space for my DOB.

Today is the start of a new week for ChaCha so under searches for this week your total will remain 0 for the whole day. It won't update until tomorrow with today's searches.

If you are an official guide then in your account click on the earnings tab, then click on the summary or current tab. If there is money there then you are a guide and you are answering questions from live people now.

In the Underground, click on your name at the top right side of the screen, when it changes the page click on the dashboard tab. The place you can set up your payment info is there. It should be under "Available Steps", there should be a link that says "Choose Payment Plan".
