We are meeting my husband at the Philly airport (he's there on business). I will be travelling with two small children and would like him to rent a car (probably minivan) before he meets us at the gate or baggage claim. Is there a car rental company that is more conveniently located to the baggage claim? Will he be able to rent the car and then drive it to come meet us?
