Hi Bev ... I am actually from Orillia
I almost fell over when I saw the name Orillia in your subject heading ... not many people seem to always know us
Anyways ... most of the above mentioned are nice ...
The Couchiching Inn, which is the Best Western is very nice ... here is the link

I personally don't like the Econolodge, but that is because I remember when it was the Knight's Inn and it was a dive at that time. I do see lots of cars there, so people do stay at it ... but I just can't imagine!! Again ... the Highwayman Inn ... some people are ok with it, some aren't. Used to be really run down, seems better these days, but I'm still not 100% on that
(I'm picky!!!)
The Comfort Inn is good too. Here is their link ...
http://www.comfortinnorillia.com/. It is on Memorial Avenue, where most of our restaurants are ... McDonald's, Tim Hortons, Kelseys, East Side Marios, Theos (BEST in town!!), Harveys, Swiss Chalet, Subway, Quiznos, etc.
Another nice place is the Stonegate Inn. It is new in the last couple of years and looks lovely. Here is their link ...

There is also a brand new Days Inn out on Rama Road, which is just outside of Orillia near the casino. It is a nice hotel too. Here is their link ...

Hope you find something!! We are a busy place in the summer
