Ornament exchange duh!

Went out this morning and got a cute snowman ornament with some other fun snowman goodies...I was so excited.

Came home and realized that my ornament person lives in the south..no snow there..EVER!

So there is my DUH!

If you lived in the south would you put a snowman ornament on your tree?

You planned it that way, remember?? Because your exchangee lives in the South, you wanted to share a little of your life and snow with her/him! Duh!!!

I have everything and anything on my tree. I'm sure everyone decorates with snowmen during the holidays and wintertime.

Oh great, now you've got me wondering! I just bought my Aunt who lives in California a sweatshirt with snow and a winter rabbit on it!!

Seriously, I think the ornament sounds perfect.

I'd love a snowman for the tree. Snowmen are my absolute favorite. And this is coming from someone who was outside in shorts yesterday.

We put snowmen, snowflakes etc on our tree. We have also been known to turn on our AC and put the fireplace on for Xmas! LOL! What can I say, we're transplants! Both DH & I grew-up were they have snow for Xmas.

Of course those of us living in non-snow areas put snowmen on our trees. In fact, that's as close to snow as I want to get! And it gets cold enough for a sweatshirt in the winter (we've been known to put on jackets in the winter too!)

I have snowmen and polar bears and penguins ice skating and sleighs along with everything else. We may only get snow every 8-10 years, but we love the stuff!

Since I've never been snow-free, I'd like to think I'd still put up a Snowman ornament if I ever moved! Same as I would put up a surfing Santa if that's where the giver is from! More personalized, imo!
