no, I'm not sure why I posted that chapter so early,,, who knows why we do th e things we do at 4;30 in the morning. I couldn't sleep, but I wasn't really awake either; I was sleep typing,,, and I did a much better job than I should have.

Nebo, I gotta hand it to you. The evil drawer chapter was hilarious to me. I actually read it the evening you posted it, but I haven't had a chance to respond. I laughed out loud the entire way through the chapter.

I had "my gigglebox turned upside down" so to speak.

Note to self.....Smidgy is a guru at Buzz Lightyear as is MHSweb. Duly noted. Avoid a duel with either of them at all costs, particularly if MHSweb has her plastic knife handy!!

The Astro Orbiters bit cracked me up. That was just really funny Nebo!

And the drawer. As soon as you mentioned it, I knew it would get you. We have an evil foot board on our bed. The foot board is not rounded on either side, but juts out slightly......just slightly enough to ding my hip roughly every other month or so. I have taken to putting my hand out to avoid catching my hip on the bleeping thing because it is EVIL!! The pain is instant and it leaves a nice bruise for weeks!

I like the final picture in the chapter. Now, that's how you hold onto a pole!!

i''ll say again,,, the worst beds at Disney are at WL. They have a solid wood protrusion that just out from the footboard that will get each and every one of you that pass too closely,, or turn to quickly. Go to the parks, and you can always tell who is staying at WL by looking at their shins and knees.

I've never been. Our last couple of visits were so busy with park time that we there wasn't any time. Just once I'd like to go and have the time to see it. That and spend more time in WS at EPCOT. I'd be okay with a minimal ride Disney trip.

The app was part of the special covered in the dining plan,,, and they were Gardenj Green Salad,,,Lump Crab Cakes,,, and Clam Choweder,,,, I got the chowder,,, she the cakes,,,, nothing special on either front.

Aww...Looking at your pictures of CBR, makes me miss it. First time we stayed onsite and I really enjoyed it there. It was also the first time we had been to the Boardwalk. Which was also a lot of fun. We would never know about these hidden treasures if it wasn't for you and Smidgy!

I'm always scared about looking at menu's online because I always have that worry in the back of my head that I'm gonna like something or really want something from somewhere and the minute we get a chance to go, the item I want will no longer be offered. I have learned to ask though, just in case, they have it off the menu, but still offer it. We have a place like that here in NM, that serves Menudo but doesn't offer it on the menu, so you have to be a regular to know about it.

Number 1, the porkchops would never rank with the idea of having the rib eye. So that was already a strike against them on your palate. The fact that they didn't even apologize to Smidgy for not cooking and then over cooking her meal is strike 2. If the meal was an atrocious amount of money, then i would say strike 3, otherwise I would give it another whirl, in hopes that this was just one of those bad days.

I have to admit,,, that song has staying power in your brain, but it's a nice day to start again.

Speaking of music -- funny story (and 100 per cent true). I was walking into work from the parking garage in my building this morning and a car was just pulling in to park. The driver had the radio on way too loud, so it was clear as a bell outside of the car. The song was "Kung Foo Fighting". I am dead serious. All I could see was Nebo by the pool, dancing. I was giggling to myself as I went up in the elevator to the lobby. By the time as I got to the security desk in the lobby, I was really laughing. The guards gave me the oddest looks- as if they suspected me of having just been smoking dope in my car in the garage - - - not that any such thing has ever happened- - - really. Never mind. Let's get back to the story......

Kung Foo Fighting made it's first appearance in Still Feeding Nebo,, a trip that included The Hard Rock Hotel back in May, of '07,,,,can't believe its' been that long now. And I report I had a lot of fun doing.

Just a quick side note because I wanted to share - since my surgery I am down 42 pounds and 30 inches! Soon, I'll be ready to tackle Disney in a different way!

Also, I think I almost have the husband talked into going to Dis in September for our 5th wedding anniversary. We can get 2 days worth of free tix from Universal and 2 days from Dis... so we'd just have to pay for the plane tickets down there and back, food - and we could probably find a discount on the dis room... so, it'd still probably be 3k+ for a 4 day trip down there... But, I'm still hopeful!

I am caught up. I've been a way for a while and when I logged on it took me by surprise that I was 40 pages or so behind. OOPs!! I promise I will do better. LOVE the pictures of well, everything. I enjoy Universal too. It's a different atmosphere and we have always had a great time there.

That being said Disney will always be number 1 with us. It's the nostalgia that creeps up on you the minute you walk down Main Street.

I'm missing Disney terribly right now with this long winter. Keep the good times coming!!

As for my screen name, no I never told anyone my real name here, and no, I'm not in witness protection or wanted by the FBI or anything. My screen name is totally boring - the high school I went to and the year I graduated. I may have something interesting going on to share about my home town/ related to Disney, but not yet. Maybe soon.

So, Buzz was having a run of the mill Monday. Notice I say "was" having a run of the mill Monday. All of that changed with a simple, customary stop at the mailbox. And at least one person other than myself knows where I am going with all this.

Yes, there was a requisite junk mail catalog and a bill, but tucked in the very back of the box was a package. I looked at the label and yes my friends, the angels started singing. And I am going to show you what made the angels start singing rather than just tell you.

And this is what it looked like about two seconds before I had one for lunch. Yes, it wasn't the most well balanced meal, but boy was it yummy!!! And no juvenile humor Nebo, I took a picture so you could see the inside peanut butter, caramel goodness.

I did share some with DH so I was magnanimous with at least the first bar. Who knows where the remaining Wunderbar treasures might be? I certainly wouldn't know anything about where they might be hidden.

Pkondz, you sir are my favorite Canadian and I'm pretty sure my favorite person for the month of March!

And yes, they were Fra-gee-lay!!
