Original OKW DVC Tape

Hi!
I was wondering if anyone had a copy of the first DVC introduction tape that Disney came out with that would only have Old Key West on it? My Guide searched but couldn't find one.

As a new OKW DVC owner I would love to have a copy if anyone could make it for me!
