Folks & Friends, one & all!

We purchased MYW tickets when they were first released in January 2005 and, through a judicious use of these tickets and using Annual Passes on other trips, we still have days available on these tickets.

No worries there. These are No Expiration tickets and will be kept safe for future use.

What I'm wondering is the "extras." These are now listed under the WPF&M category for MYW tickets, but the originals were listed as "5 MPP Visits". I can recall being able to use this for Pleasure Island club admission and happily used 1 visit to go to the Adventurer's Club.

Now that the Pleasure Island clubs are gone, what can I use the "MPP Visit" for?

MPP was for 'minor parks plus' which now would be Disneyquest and the 2 water parks.

MPP was for "Magic Plus Pack" -- but I think you're right as to where it can be used. I believe Wide World of Sports is also included, but wanting some confirmation on where we can use MPP visits before we head off to WDW on Friday morning.

What was "MPP" is now called WPF&M" which is Water Parks Fun and More.

Since they closed Pleasure Island, you now can use each WPF&M entry for one round at the Oak Trail 9-hole walking golf course. Tee Time reservations are required and you either have to provide your own clubs or each person 18 or older has to rent a set. Club rental for people 17 or under is free.

So you can do the water parks, Disney Quest, Wide World of Sports, or Oak Trail.

And, BTW, if you need to get the tickets reprinted, such as demagnetized or something, it will automatically bump up the number of fun visits from the previous allowed number to the current number which is higher.

I forgot about WWoS, but never have figured out why I would want to go there......

CheshireFigment -- you are the Disney Ticket Guru, and I just knew that you would know all the details about these MPP Visits.

Thank you so very much for the info on the reprinting -- here's hoping the tickets need a reprint!

Does the number of water park fun visits increase (conform) to match that of today's tickets if you simply have the ticket reprinted without adding any entitlements (upgrading)?

Actually there are a few situations where the current MYW tickets with water park fun have fewer fun visits, for example the 1 and 2 day tickets used to have three, now they have two.

Yes. If I go to read a ticket and it is demagnetized I will put in the serial number. Once the ticket data shows up I just tell it to Reissue the ticket, a replacement will print, and it will automatically have the same number of fun visits as a new ticket.

So if a person had a ten day NE which had only six Fun visits when issued, after the Reissue command the replacement will have ten visits.

We enjoyed the use of one of these MPP visits at Disney Quest on 21 January.

Guest Services @ SSR confirmed the days available on these original MYW tickets and told me there were now 10 WPF&M admissions available, without any reprint happening.

When we tried using the tickets at DQ about an hour later, they reprinted the tickets because their turnstiles couldn't read the original MYW tickets. We didn't even care that we spent only about 90 minutes in DQ -- we figured the admission was essentially free.

I would love to know what I paid for those tickets in January 2005 -- because the SSR Guest Services CM showed me today's cost of a 10 day PH NE WPF&M ticket as being $682.90 with tax included -- and I certainly did not pay anywhere near that price.
