Where in the world can I find dry orecchiette pasta? My Publix doesn't have it. Is there a big brand name dry pasta company that makes it or do I have to buy a specialty brand? I've been using shells in the recipe that calls for orecchiette, but I'd rather use the real thing.

I do find it takes quite a while to cook. You could try making your own - jkust pinch small balls of dough between finger and thumb (good for the kids to help with)
