Ordering personalized items from WDW merchandise

Can you order personalized items from the WDW merchandise phone number? I would like to order a "Baby's 1st Christmas" ornament for my so this year. They have them on www.disneystore.com, but they don't offer the option of personalization. I would at least like to get the year on it. Does anyone know if I call the merchandise number if I can request personalization? Thanks for your help.
