Ordering off "childrens menu" for room service at DLR

We did this last time at the GCH. Room service breakfasts are so $$$$$$$, especaily with a 20% service charge and $2 delivery charge on top of $19 for an omlette! We found the selection to be better if we ordered 2 or 3 different complete breakfasts off the children's menu and had kinda a buffet with them. As we only have a 3 year old and a 7 month old, it's obvious all the meals aren't for them. Last year, it was never questioned when I called and ordered room service. Anyone have any comments. I assume room service doesn't care if an adult is getting a kids meal and how can they police it anyways.

How would they actually know and at those prices why would they care?. Very good idea though.

I ordered two juices and a pot of coffee off the GCH room service menu and with tax, $2 delivery charge and 19% service charge it came to $50! I must have thought I was on the Magic! Never did that again!

I don't think they care if you only order from the kid's menu. We were amazed that even with the KRAZY prices there were tons of trays left out in the hall for pick-up as we would walk to the elevator. Room service is big at the GCH for some reason....

I often order from the children's menu for room service wherever I stay. Never have had any issues.
