Ordering new rivets for crocs

Not sure if this is the right board....

Anyway, one of my rivets broke off of my croc last month. I ordered new ones on the Crocs website and got an email saying I would be notified when they were going to be shipped. It's been over a month now and no email and no rivets. Is this normal or should I contact them?

I haven't ordered new rivets from them, but just from a customer service perspective, a month is too long - I would go ahead and call them just to touch base. It certainly can't hurt and I don't think it's out of line with the time frame.
