Hi! Ive never had groceries delivered but me and my family are coming or a week and staying at the BC Villas! Very excited! Who's the best to order from and how exactly do I do it/.

There are a lot of different grocery delivery services that will deliver (alcohol might be different, I am not talking about alcohol). Garden Grocer, Instacart (uses Publix most of the time), Kroeger, WalMart, Amazon Fresh are some in the Disney area. If you are not already a member of any of these services, you may want to do some research (Google) and see what will work best for you. They will all deliver to bell services and you either pick it up from them yourselves or ask bell services to deliver to your room when you are there (and don't forget to tip them)! It's very easy.

We've had great success with Instacart - they'll even text if they can't find something and will check on potential replacements. As mentioned above, if there's no alcohol in the delivery, the groceries can be delivered to Bell. If you order anything that requires refrigeration, make sure the shopper packages them separately and marks them for refrigeration - then Bell will know to store them cold for you. If you have Bell deliver the groceries to your room, there's a fixed $6 charge (we also do tip on top, because we often get a couple heavy things, like a case of water, and sodas). If you order alcohol, you need to be there yourself for the delivery to verify age requirements.

We also have had good experiences with Instacart.

If you're a Costco member, they currently sell a $100 Instacart gift card for $79.

Is there an upcharge on items when you use Instacart for Publix? My only experience with grocery delivery was with Wegmans and the upcharge was 25-30% on each item.

Is this the case with Publix?

I used to use Instacart and liked them, but the last few trips I started using Walmart which is cheaper. Note that for either, if you join their program you won't pay for shipping. You have to decide if that will save you money overall. With both, you can use them at home as well as for WDW.
