Ordering case of water from Amazon. How does this work?

I know I read about this here and there but couldn't remember which thread so forgive me for asking again.

My son wants to order case of water and maybe some other stuff from Amazon (he has prime so it'll be free delivery) to be delivered for our trip. We are staying at Pop Century and will arrive Saturday at 5 pm on 4/9/16.

1. First of all, will Amazon deliver to Pop? Has anyone done this?
2. Other than the Pop Century address, what else do we put to make sure we get it?
3. Is this correct address to put for Pop? 1050 Century Drive, Kissimmee, FL 32830
4. Since we don't know room number/building yet, when we arrive, do we ask the front desk?
5. Do we pick it up ourselves or do Pop deliver to our room after we check in?
6. Prime is 2 days delivery so should be order Thursday (for our Saturday arrival)?
