Ordering AP on line

I decided to order our AP today but when I tried to book on line it would not accept the order and shipping due to the UK billing address. I called direct to order and had no problems getting them shipped to the UK. Anyone else experienced this?

I could not order online, and rang to order. They would not send it out to me though. I am going to have to ring to get them to send the vochure out as I want to book an AP rate.

I have had them sent in the past. We paid $10 shipping. It's good to get them sent then you can log on to the passholders website.

You don't need to have an AP to book at room or special event tickets at an AP rate you just need it on check in.

Although we were not asked for it at all.

Also, unless things have changed or you are renewing an existing AP you won't get the actual AP until you exchange the voucher at Guest Services. This is the date that it will be valid from not the date you made the payment. Once they have processed the order if you ask they will be able to give you a reference number which you can then use to pre purchase the DDP. This was the only time we needed to prove we had one before we actually picked up the real thing.

To us it seemed a bit of a waste getting them to mail something that wasn't anymore useful than the number they can give you over the phone.

Got an email tonight from fedex to say I should have my Disney package by Wednesday! I just like having the vouchers before we go, you need the reference number on them to log on to the passholder website.

I would prefer to have a vochure as I am worried our flight will be delayed and we won't be able to collect it before checking into the hotel.

Think it should be OK for you but I know what you mean, I always like to have the voucher. Hope they resend it to you
