Ordering a cake with egg allergies?

Can you order a cake at WDW for those with egg allergies? I've seen a few allergy questions asked on the cake thread but none seem to be answered.

Does anyone have experience with ordering an egg-free cake at WDW? How was it? Did it taste just as good as any other cake?

You might want to try posting on the disAbility Board. I don't have an answer for you, sorry.

I would call the number for ordering cakes and ask them directly.....they can only say they do not make cakes without eggs...but it is worth it to find out..

Thanks. It was my hope that someone here had first hand experience with one and could tell me if it was just as good as any other cake. I'll check with both places.

I did order a cake for my husband's birthday. The cake when ordered was listed as vegan. The order sheet said vegetarian.

Both of the cakes I got ( I got 2 for $25) were excellent, again I'm not 100% they were egg free

If it's listed vegan, it is egg-free.

I have ordered an egg free cake for my DS(who is deathly allergic to eggs) and DN from BOMA. This was five years ago! Hope this helps you!

Cake 1 was chocolate with Raspberry filling

Cake 2 was a chocolate cake

The flowers while edible tasted yucky but they were pretty
