I upgraded later once without a problem. I think they're generally happy to take more of your money.

Yup you just have to pay the difference each day....
Just make sure to also factor in the tip each sit down meal.

Yes you can, but any changes have to be made no later than 3 days before your check in date or 2 days if you're DVC.
