where do you put the discount code in at?

I didn't see the promo code option until I had entered my name etc to continue booking. I also signed up to the Orbitz rewards deal and should get $28 in that, and went through ebates so will see if that comes back to me as well. Thanks for the heads up! I had to add 2 nights previous to a DVC stay (ran out of points) so this worked well. (Holy Cow..pricey either way though!)

Once you link your reservation and your tickets to your MDE account, you will be good to go when your FP+ window opens. At this time, you must have either a room reservation + tickets or an AP (AP holders are being sent MBs, even if they do not have a room reserved) in order to make FP+ reservations during the 60-day window prior to arrival.

Wondering....if I cancel my current reservation I booked through the expedia.uk deal, and then book a different resort through the orbitz deal, will I lose my FP+ I've already booked?

All star sports with an air mattress for Dd6 or POFQ...worth the extra $560??? (We are POFQ fans, our fav resort...but are trying to budget and have a great deal at $93 a.night for April at all star sports....but my heart floats over to the orbitz POFQ deal and I wonder!)

And is it 3 or 4% back for a hotel only booking with orbitz through ebates?

Just a heads up when booking through these sites you are only guaranteed a reservation....They will promise you the moon and the stars and when you get there the things that you may have been promised you may not get... I know the price may be good but Disney has NO control over these reservations.. Hotels cannot change these reservations its just check you in and you out..... I know this because I work at a hotel front desk for 8 years and have seen horror stories when people book through them just be careful and ask lost of questions and contact the hotel to make sure everything you have requested is on your reservation and that they have received it too. Sounds like a good deal though

Thanks for the heads up! I just saved $60 on our two nights at AOA LM room! Orbitz drives me crazy though by charging extra for over 2 people. I just booked for 2 and will have to call tomorrow to have my 2 kids added. I had to do this on another Disney reservation. I needed to add 1 child to my reservation and orbitz had to call disney to confirm they don't charge extra and to add my daughter. I will go thru the hassle again to save $60 though.
I also have to call WDW and cancel that reservation.

With the code DISCOVER, I booked with 2 adults, as suggested by other posters on this thread and another orbitz thread. Then I called to have DD 6 added, but with the code, they had to charge me $40 more for her. This is still saving me a ton of money, was cheaper than having 3 on the online ressie, and allowing the upgrade from all stars. I was transferred to customer service and she sent me an email with my Disney conf number and I was able to link it in MDE immediately.

If anyone has ladder a child without paying the extra $40, please let me know!!!

Did you enter the promo code Discover? Without the promo code Orbitz was the same price as Disney for me also.

I called today and added my 2 kids. No extra fee. I just told the girl who answered the call that I needed to add two children to my reservation. I told her she would have to call the resort directly and she already knew that. She added my two children and came back and told me there would be no charge and it was all taken care of. The last time I called (on another ressie) to add
my children the person tried to tell me I would have to pay extra. I told him no that Disney does not charge extra for children. He transferred me to somebody else who knew exactly what to do. She called the resort directly and added them and there was no charge that time either.

Maybe you could call back and have that changed and credited. They shouldn't have charged you.

You have to call orbitz...Disney can't make any changes to the reservation. Be firm if they try to charge you. The first time I called I had someone who did not speak English very we'll and that may have been the problem, but he wanted to charge. I told him no and that that was not right. Once he transferred me to the other lady she seemed to understand and called the resort. If they say there will be an additional charge you need to tell them that no, Disney does not charge to have children on the reservation and ask them to call the resort directly to confirm that and add your children

Yes, I had to do this for my trip last may. However, I called Disney directly and they added my kids but the person I spoke to said she wasn't really supposed to do it and next time I have a change to go they orbitz. I knew that before I called but figured it was worth a try vs arguing with orbitz.

So last night when I called back, we missed Disney Reservations by 2 min...they closed right before we got through. The guy at orbitz said he made a note on my file so I could call back this AM and wouldn't have to go through an explanation. He was right...called right away, talked with a nice lady who knew exactly what she needed to do, added DD for NO CHARGE and got DH's name added in, also! After the call I went on MDE, added the conf # and BOOM...everyone is added and POFQ...HERE WE COME!

Can I just say how incredibly excited we are to be able to get this deal and get to stay at our fav resort??!!! I told DD at bedtime and she had tears in her eyes because she is so darn excited to go down the King Triton slide and have beignets for bfast!

Yup the price started higher then my Disney price and with the promo was a dollar more a night. No savings.

Do you have more than 2 people listed in the room? If you look at the previous posts you will see that orbitz charges more for more than 2 people. If you have kids, leave them off and then add them after booking. Maybe that would give you a better price.
