Can I download the app and use the review 15 discount and get the 25 dollars off for downloading the app? Just curious. I hope that makes sense.

I don't think so. I think you have to use the code to get the $25 but it's worth more to use the REVIEW15 code. But by using the app, you will get extra Orbucks. Booking through the app added $40+ extra to my Orbucks acct over the $75 I would have earned going through the online site.
