Orbitz booking

If you book a Disney resort stay thru a site such as Expedia or Orbitz, is it possible to add the MYW tickets + DDP? And if so, when can you do that?

If any online sites such as Orbitz or Expedia offer the dining add-on option to a package booking (room + tickets), then you could do it. Otherwise, it's not something you can add on through Disney after the fact since the online site essentially "owns" your reservation.

You also have to consider any possible cancellation or change policies through online sites that could be in addition to those of Disney.

So far as I am aware, the only outside company that allows you to book packages including dining and tickets is AAA. The other sites are room only reservations. Although some of them do offer the ability to buy tickets at the same time as you are making the reservation, it technically isn't a Disney package, so the dining can't be added.

Thanks - that's what I thought. On one of our potential trip dates, the ASMu family suites is open on one of the sites. I couldn't get it thru Disney or AAA and we are debating whether to do the DDP. The tickets would be easy enough to get I would guess, just unsure about the dining.

Dining can't be added unless it is thru a formal package.
