We're a big group, (11!), coming to OL in June '11. Any recommendations on the best transportation option to and from WDW?

My guess is that renting 3 small cars ($300/ea) is our best best; even with parking of $14/day, it would still be cheaper than renting 1 large passenger van ($1300+). OL also has shuttle service via Mears, but they charge a ridiculous $14 per person per round trip. That'd cost us over $150 a day !!

I think that having multiple cars is a great idea. That way everyone does not have to come and go at the same time. Keep watching rates and for discount codes. Hopefully they will come down. Have a great trip!

Book them now, they're only going to get more expensive the closer you get.

I just booked a minivan for our trip to Seattle in July, so you're not too early ...and check mousavers for any discount codes you can use.

Join the frequent renter programs now...FastBreak, Rapid Rez with Budget (who also allow free spouse add'l driver, plus another driver for $10/day up to a charge of $45, IIRC)

Quiksilver with Alamo will get you free add'l driver, as well as booking with a Costco membership...

And check over on the Transportation Board too!!
