I pretty much have our weekend planned out - except for Saturday. That one is up in the air and we have some options. I would love to get your input as I haven't been down to this part to Orlando in 9 years! I'm not sure how much time we will need for each park. This is what I have booked so far...

Friday - IOA from 7:30pm-11pm (park is booked privately through work so very minimal crowds. Is this enough time to see/do it all?)
Saturday - open.
Sunday - booked at Discovery Cove
Monday - planned on SeaWorld, but this could change..?

My thoughts for Saturday...

- Aquatica. This would be free since we are booked at Discovery Cove. They are open 9-5 that day.

- Gator Hunt. Cost is $270 total - it's a tour, dinner, airboat ride hunting for gators, educational kind of experience. Thought it might be something cool to see! Time is 5-10pm

- IOA or Universal. Ticket prices vary, they are discounted through work. I can do a park-to-park or an all day or an after 2pm ticket. They are open 9am-8pm that day

- Lounge time at the hotel pool, with a nice dinner/night out to follow.

- Any kind of combination of the above! Monday I figured we would go to Sea World (also free because of DC) but could rearrange that.

We want this trip to be fun, but also relaxing since we won't have the kids and are celebrating our anniversary :lovestruc I don't want to be terribly scheduled, but do want a rough idea of what we're doing since I'm anal that way, LOL.

WWYD with this time if it were just you and your hubby?

If Aquatica is free, spend the day there. You'll need to get there at opening since the park often closes due to crowds and this weekend is supposed to be another HOT one. Also...you might want to check on those after 2pm tickets to Universal. I don't think those are available any longer...even for conventioneers.

Our trip is in November; sorry should have said that! :)

The after 2pm ticket is listed on my Convention site as an option (?) I will check into it though!

Ah OK...November weather is too unpredictable to plan something that involves a water park. ;)

I would suggest the Studios if you wanted to go to a theme park on that Saturday and crowds aren't bad before Thanksgiving. But I would definitely check on those 1/2 day tickets...I just don't think they are available.

I will give my organization a call to check on that. The Studios may be a great option, then hanging out City Walk afterwards? I will research it :)

This is what is posted on my convention website...http://www.realtor.org/convention.nsf/pages/orlandoattractions?opendocument
CityWalk is a lot of fun at night with the restaurants, clubs and now mini-golf available.

I see the tickets you're talking about so I guess you can purchase them. I just hope you don't have any issues when you arrive.
