Hi, I've been reading the "family of 5" threads but our situation is a little different at this point... my youngest is ony 9 mo. right now. We are hoping to go in either Aug or Dec 2008, when she will be 17 or 21 months. Our other two kids are 5 and 7 (8 by Dec...)

I am wondering if we need to look into the options to accommodate sleeping all 5 of us, or if the baby just needing a portable crib means we can still get away w/a regular room. Do they just give you a pack n play type thing anyway?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

You should have plenty of options. Most Disney resorts can accomodate a family your size. The rooms are built for 4 people, plus one child in a crib/pack n play.
If you wanted a bit more room, you could check out the AllStarMusic Suites. They are basically two rooms that have been converted into a suite....They may be perfect for your family.

You're situation is a little different-until your youngest is 3-Disney really doesn't count them as a "person"; so yes a regular room will be just fine for your family. We are now in the family of 5 boat;as our youngest just turned 3 on the 30th of Dec. But we have always stayed deluxe so it didn't matter;but even if I wanted too now;I wouldn't be able to stay at POP-I really thought we might like to give it a try! We would need 2 rooms! Hope this helps! Oh,and you're youngest won't need a park ticket either.
