Options for a family of five, possibly renting points

I am beginning to look into the possibility of renting points for a trip next year. We are a family of five (all over 3). If I remember correctly, I thought that I had read that if you are staying on points, as a renter or member, you had more room options as a family of five. Can someone help me out and point me in the right direction. Thanks so much.

You will be able to sleep 5 in any of the 1 bedroom villas, but those with the sleeper chairs will be the most convenient. Those would be either BLT (Bay Lake Tower), OKW (Old Key West) or AKV (Animal Kingdom Villas). Those are the resorts that have the twins sized sleeper chair in the living room as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa. All will have a king bed in the master bedroom.

As Diane said, all 1 bedroom (except AKV Value Rooms) will allow 5, but other than the resorts she listed, DVC will not provide bedding, or a cot/rollaway for the 5th person. You'd need to provide your own air mattress or sleeping bag. AKV, BLT and OKW will have the additional twin sized pull out chair. OKW is adding them as part of the current refurbishment, and that is scheduled for completion in Spring 2011.
