I am booked for BWV a studio oct 28-nov 1 booked for me and my 2 kids 7 & 10. then BLT a 1 bdrm. I now have a friend coming as well and have been waitlisted for BWV 1 bdr and added a waitlist for AKL 1 bdr.

But after seeing more of BWV I'm not sure what to do. Keep my waitlist for the 1 bdr and if it doesn't happen just stay in the studio.

I'm usually so organized for my trips but have recently separated and starting divorce so I have just started thinking about my trip.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

You may just have to go with what you have for BWV... with F&W it may be tough to get a different room at BWV

If a WL for a 1 BR comes through take it. Two rooms are better than one and somewhere to go (the MBR) for some quiet time alone could be priceless.

I know thats why I thought if i have to stay in the studio it will be ok I love the location and for Halloween for kids it will be great. I thought AKL for a 1 bdr because I thought i'd have a better chance on waitlist but now am thinking location vs. room size

Did you waitlist AKV for Jambo or Kidani? Kidani because of the 2nd bath would be preferable to BWV studio for me, no matter what the season! I would love the 1 bedroom at BWV, too. We were at VWL for one Halloween stay and we had lots of fun.

For trick or treating along the Boardwalk, we took a bus to DHS, then the boat to the Boardwalk. We did the trick or treating along the Boardwalk then, from the Boardwalk we took a bus to DTD for the trick or treating there. On Halloween there were parties in the Village Green Area of the Boardwalk, and also at DTD. The DGC had lots of fun and then we just took a bus to VWL from DTD. It wasn't hard or bad.

Waitlisted Kadini. We stayed at VWL and BLT for Christmas for our first DVC stay and at the Poly 3/09. Love the locations. Visited AKL and thought it seemed relaxing.

Well, good luck! I hope you do get a 1 bedroom. Just my personal space needs would mean at least a 1 bedroom for 4 people, however, I would do what it took to have a good time in the studio as well. One very good thing for me regarding a studio, is that there is a balcony. I use it to go to when I want time alone. You and your DF can stay out there if the DChildren are down for a nap. I would make it work, if that's what we wind up with!

Wait listing during the F&W Festival is a tough one. We are booked at SSR and have been on a wait list for BCV & BWV since April. So far, no luck in getting a 2 bedroom anywhere but SSR.
We have stayed in both a studio and 1 bedroom. I would pick the 1 bedroom over a studio any day.

Since you couldn't WL both views at BWV and add the AKV WL, I would keep calling to check on whichever view at BWV you didn't wait list.

I just read that someone called last week and got something at BWV for October.

Good luck and I am sorry to hear about your life situation. Been there, done that but you will get through it.
