For the past I don't know how long, I've been working on a website called Seratis. Basically, it's a one stop resource for psychiatry, encompassing illnesses, medications, therapies and treatments. I'm building it up to be a useful resource for my degree and, ultimately, an aid to people in need of information.

One of the more fun parts is designing the interface, including the logo. So far, I've whittled the logo choice down to three and was wondering which you preferred.

  1. 1.jpg
  2. 2.jpg
  3. 3.jpg

Thanks for your help!

I'm so warped because #3 sort of looks like a hidden Mickey to me.:lmao:

#2 - Looks the most "well-balanced" (so to speak) ;)
That's exactly what I was thinking. #1 is just looks too "unhinged" to me and might make a wrong impression.

While I like 2, I think it looks a little too nuclear/cold for me.

I prefer 3 because it appears more soothing.

#1 reminds me more of a punk rock band.

#2 is fine, but has a "common" look, like I've seen it before (even if I haven't.)

#3 is calmer than #1 and more unique than #2. It also has a Mickey Mouse thing going on, so gets bonus points. :teeth:

My favorite is 3, and second favorite is 1. Number 2 seems a little to plain and kinda boring. =\

#3

It looks like a card from the ink blot test!!!

#2's picture with #3's wording.

I agree!!!!

The wording on #3 is less stark and intimidating.

Does the symbol on #2 mean anything in particular??
I know it is somewhat 'nuclear'.
However, don't circles represent wholeness and continuity.
The symbol looks 'controlled' and 'balanced'
A gyroscope comes to mind.

I like the symbol of #2 with the softer non-capitalized wording from #3

Logo one looks more like a rollercoaster ride, probably not what you want promoting health & well being. :rotfl:

While I do kind of like logo 2, it again looks like it is trying to pull itself together not is togther.

So, logo 3 gets my vote.

#3 bugs me.

#1 looks like someone in need of help.

#2, I like the symbal, but others are right, it does seem a little cold. Maybe change the colors a little.

I'm also thinking Seratis mental health would be easier for people.

I've been there Rich and I really like the site. :)

Don't psychoanalyze me but:
#1 schizophrenic
#2 calm
#3 a sideways uterus with 2 ovaries

1. looks like something else non professional
3. reminds me of the Cingular Wireless symbol

so I voted for # 2
looks the most professional for your business

I thought #3 looked like a warped hidden Mickey too. :thumbsup2

Aside from that, I prefer #2. It's clean and balanced, someone else mentioned calm. Something we strive for in mental health. But, I would put the words Mental Health below it.

I like #2 because it does look more balanced, also organized and clean...:thumbsup2

I voted for #3. The top one is not bad, but I don't care for the font on seratis.

#3 Of course the hidden Mickey and it's more interesting visually.
