Opinions Please...Newbie getting ready to buy

I haven't tried yet on the exact day of the 7 month window, but I have experienced that under 7 months I've had trouble getting into BCV and BWV.

Would someone please post what resorts you feel are harder to get ressie's at the 7 month booking? I would like to know if this is one of the places we are considering making our purchase with.

I have heard the VWL is hard during December. The decorations are amazing there. Also BWV and BCV during the food and wine festival in the fall.

Personally I would like to know what is difficult in the summer since we will most likely be going then.

Hello,

I am new but here is my 2 cents. We own BWV OKW and SSR. We have been DVC for 16 years, bought when OKW was all there was! We had 3 young boys at the time.
We love all the resorts but as the kids got older (we have grand kids now) they always wanted to stay at BWV because they could walk to Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios. In my 16 years we have never not had our first choice when making reservations, even 7 months out. The kids love the bus system (as they got older)
Personally, my favorite is OKW. The wife, SSR. The kids, BWV. that is all to say...you can go wrong no matter what you choose!
