Opinions Please and your reflection shots

There are some great shots keep them coming :thumbsup2

Tony, good pic mate. Really like the fact that it is different and not a reflection in water. Makes for a more unusual composition, always worth looking out for different surfaces to get a reflection off. Looks like the guy at the end is wondering what on earth you are doing though!;)
That having been said, here is one at Celebration which is water...

and one from Mabry Mill on the Blue Ridge Parkway...

Matt i really like that second shot :thumbsup2
I think that would make a good picture for a puzzle.

Cheers Tony, you're not the only one to think that. Deb's read somewhere that a lot of US towns use it on their postcards even though it is not in the town!

I have an idea for some reflection pictures at the weekend using a glass of beer, no doubt we can try it out (several times)!

The last shots looking through the bottom of an empty glass no doubt :thumbsup2

I have a cool one of my oldest DS, but I don't have it downloaded anywhere. I'll have to get that done.
For now here is what I have:

Found this one too. Boston Habah early morning sunrise.

I have some half decent kit, but a 'point and shoot' mentality. You guys have inspired me to pay more attention and try harder. I can't wait to get to WDW in October (for more reasons than one :goodvibes ). I'm going to try this shot again and see how much I can improve it:

Btw, Tony - meant to add that I think we will have a lot to talk about on Sunday! :thumbsup2

Looking forward to it deb I don't think you can do much to improve that shot it looks great to me.

I took this one last night walking the dogs around our local pond.

Cool, Mickey! Taken at a 300 meet? We've got a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo V111 and have attended similar meets here in the UK.

actually it was a car cruise, with all types of cars, they actually shut down the city for 3 hours and have all the cars cruising, I organized a meeting of CHrysler 300Ms, Dodge INtrepids, Dodge MAgnums, and 300s, we had a dozen cars cruise in to the city together, then park together at the show and eventually do the cruise together..it was awesome..

We've often hired 300Ms (and more recently the new 'retro style' 300s) when visiting the US. We love them. The Dodge Magnums are superb cars, too. We don't see too many of either in the UK, but, if we wanted to buy them they would be mega-bucks compared with what you guys pay. :sad2:

tony64, is this more the size you were looking for?

When uploading shots to Photobucket, I use Photoshop Elements to re-size the image: Use the menu Image - Resize - Image size - Resolution (set it to 72) - Click the Resample Image and Constrain Proportions boxes - Pixel Dimensions (set to what you require, usually 800 along the longest side) - Click OK.

Then use Save for Web. Doing it this way this ensures that Photobucket won't do any of its own re-sizing, which it will if the file size is over 1MB. Hope that makes sense!

Thanks homerdog I'll try that. :thumbsup2
