Hi. Headed to WDW for the first time with my kids who will be 6 and 9. We will have 3 adults in addition to the two kids. When looking at some different options for a stay in June. Here are some of the ones I’ve looked at so far and looking for opinions for a part of our size with two kids that age:

Signia Hilton
Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek (not the club)
Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace
Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress (probably would look at 2 smaller rooms because of low points redemption rates)
Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa
Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas Lake Buena Vista
Waldorf (looks like Chase Travel has an oversized room with 2 queens that says sleeps 5 for around 29,000 pts a night through Chase)

Also considered the Swan Reserve but it looks like a room/suite that sleeps 5 is almost 40,000 pts a night through Chase which kinda seems high)

I hate to complicate things with another option, but kids that age would likely love Marriott Harbour Lake.

It appears you are trying to use your points to book a stay.

Do you have a car? If you don't, the Swan Reserve would best for easy access to two theme parks and the Disney transportation system. That is why you pay more. It can save you a lot of transportation time staying there.

With 3 adults, I would want more space than a little hotel room. Club Wyndham Bonnet creek would be the best option for that, but it is not on your list. I would rather have a two-bedroom unit, but that is my preference.

Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek has some family bunkbed rooms that may work if you can get one. It is a great resort with lots of pools. It shares the amenities with Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek and a short drive to the parks.

Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas Lake Buena Vista is a timeshare resort so that might give you extra space. It is farther aways, so I would want a car to stay there.

In the end, I would pick what is the most comfortable and convenient for your group and sleeping arrangements.

i hadn’t seen that one before. Looks like it’s a timeshare property. Do u have to listen to a sales pitch?

Yes I am looking at booking with points. When I hit the current SUB for a Chase card, I’ll be at over 400,000 UR points.

I’ve looked briefly into the Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek but I don’t see rates available yet for a stay in June next year. It doesn’t look like you can book directly through Chase Travel though.

I’ve thought about something like Signia too for the Early Morning Hours but not sure how much difference that makes for little ones…

If you book a timeshare property through at owner, the best route, you don't have to attend a timeshare presentation. Those are required only for people getting special deals requiring you to go to the presentation.

When you stay at a timeshare resort, they will ask you if you want to go and offer some kind of gift to bribe you to go, but you can and should just say no.

There are many, many good timeshare resorts around Disney, which are great for larger families and a huge upgrade to staying in a hotel room.

The Early Morning Hours does give you a jump start on a few attractions so long as you are there early enough to take advantage. Ther also are extended evening hours for deluxe resorts on some days. The list of who gets what is not the same.
