Going for a quick 5 day trip in two weeks barely starting to reserve things and we decided to stay off site. I have never booked a vacation rental but can you experts share your opinions on this posting

You'll love having your own space and not being cramped into a tiny hotel room. We usually get one with a private pool and hot tub, but not everyone cares about that.

Just remember, just because you HAVE a kitchen, doesn't mean you have to USE the kitchen... at least not for everything. We loved having a good breakfast in the mornings at our rental, then a big lunch out somewhere. We bought cooked chickens from Publix and a loaf of bread for chicken sandwiches for the evening. If someone didn't want the sandwich, well, Publix sells Bob Evans mashed potatoes as well as salads. Some days we went out for dinner, as well. We weren't there to make complex meals (unless you enjoy doing that) and I wanted a vacation from cooking.

Anything with that many positive reviews is a no-brainer as long as the price and location are good. If you are ok being that far from Disney then go for it. If we are doing a trip with only Seaworld and Uni parks we usually stay up that way.

Looks like a fantastic rental! I've rented a house twice and enjoyed having space for lounging around on couches in a living room rather than just sitting on a hotel room bed. Also two bathrooms are a huge plus on vacation. Enjoy!

We've stayed in VRBO homes in many locations , all with good results. In Kissimmee about 10 years ago, we got a 4BR, 3 bath big, newer ranch home with a pool and nice grounds overlooking a lake for about 100/night. Quiet community, about 20 minute drive from Disney. I liked it, but my young son said he'd rather stay in the Park next time. lol. Next time we stayed in a room at Port Orleans French Quarter, we loved the grounds and convenience, but that room got cramped quick. Another time we stayed at Nickolodean Studions, lol, son liked it, my wife and I did not.
Now we have a 2 BR deluxe condo at Wyndam Bonnett Creek lined up , about 180/night on Disney property (we found on VRBO), 5 minutes from Epcot, with fancy pools , and I'm hoping this will be the best of all.
So, feel confident in VRBO, but there are pros and cons with every place, like location/size/price/ambience/convenience and other features for you to weigh what will work best for you and your family or group. Good luck !
