opinions on nikon s8200

I am looking to replace my current kodak camera with a much smaller version. The thing I like most is the 12x zoom. I was hopng to spend less that $250 but the nikon s8200 seems to be the best replacement I have seen. anyone have any opinions or suggestions??

I have the Nikon s8100 and am very happy with it. I assume the difference in the two would be the s8200 has 12x and the s8100 has 10x zoom.

Originally bought this camera because it advertised it was good in low light. Found this to be true.
