Marita your tags look fine to me!! all the teachers have name tags, we wear on a lanyard - I hate when I lose mine - only subsitutes wear the sticky name tags!! (label - ew your one of those... hehehehe goes the kids!!)

Haley- I love yuppy stuff too. We have incredible Farmer's Markets here. I feel so hoity toity buying home-made soap. And I did get the other contact lens in with a little less drama than yesterday. But, again, my sight was blurry. I didn't think I got a finger print on them or put them in dry because they were comfortable. Any thoughts?

I wonder how the Twinkie Home Sale 2007 is going. I'm stressed FOR her.

MommyP- when I moved here from California, I was just so in love with the fact I could have milk delivered! It' seems so quaint! But it is a little too expensive for my cheap bum. I go get it directly at the dairy store and it's at least a dollar cheaper per gallon. It's a good excuse to get an ice cream cone.

DH and DD are off to Georgia tomorrow until late Sunday for a Lacrosse tournament, If the team wins 3 games, they go to the Finals in Colorado or Arizona, somewhere out there.

So I have 3days to myself coming up. What to do?????
DO I go to shopping for September? I need to get nails done!
DS stopped by tonight and mentioned the kitchen floor needs attention,

I told him my housekeeper quit on me (true, DD is getting money from daddy and is too busy with school and sports to work at an actual job much, let alone clean house for extra money)

So I might put on some of MY housecleaning music, none of which you would know (well except for maybe "You give me fever") which is only because it's on a german record song in english. In a very smokey voice.

Utah remember Alta Dena Dairy with the big cow out front? A drive thru dairy is nice too. I miss the street festival/farmer's market in Fullerton (on Thursday nights?? maybe).

Gs party went well and I got lucky and had the quiet girls! Hee hee, it is good to be the one that decides these things. B-a-B has a new turtle, it is the cutest thing.

Uma, we have a dairy a ways from us called Mooville I've never bought their milk. Their ice cream is pretty good if you buy the pre-packaged stuff. Last time I had ice cream from the case, it was in the winter and all the flavors had mingled. Not so yummy.

Haley, glad your field trip went well. We had an Earth Day/Bring Your Child to Work event in my building today and we had about 2,000 school kids come through It was noisy around there, to say the least, but everyone seemed to have a great time and it was fun seeing how much some of my coworkers' kids had grown. There were several musical events throughout the day, too. Good thing I had a meeting this morning - it was pretty much the only work I was able to get done all day!

It's probably too late to wish Pumba happy travels, but I hope you have a FABULOUS trip

Awww, that was 20 something years ago. I can barely remember Brea even though I lived there for 20 years. I want to take a picture of old landmarks and my old house. My old salon "Upstairs Downstairs" is gone or sold. It was a victorian home transformed into the nicest salon.

I've had my picture taken on that cow! (Not you, Moo!)
