Minnie - that's what I was thinking - crowded pools, small rooms, small beds... loud toilets... BUT I'm GOING TO DISNEYWORLD (and last time we were at POR we didnt enjoy the bus transportation from POR - so dh would hate it - I believe Marita about the rumor of the bus GPS, LEts see... POP has a good food court (frozen cokes for dd, wine for me... ) Pop has UMA!! and MINNIEMOO (Nab where are you??)

JW and UMA guess what songs are running thru my head now!? Time to update the ipod!!

Eeyore I am at POR. We didn't have trouble with the buses.

Only time I had trouble was when the marathon was on in Jan. No buses were really moving then.

I'm almost scared to say it is beautiful outside, sunny and warm. Even though they are calling for really warm temps. on the weekend I don't want to jinx it. I could wake up to snow on any given morning.

I booked 3 ADRs! I couldn't get Le Cellier. It wasn't available for lunch or dinner ALL week! YIKES!

Spring arrived here in Chicagoland - nice and sunny, dh is my trainer for the WDW 1/2 marathon, and he came home and ran, told me its shorts weather (I put on sweats and long sleeves - 55 deg F - not quite warm to me!)

I hear Summer is coming this weekend!! (70+ degrees and sunny11 )

ok, if I want to go to disney in Jan too, I'd better get my bum in gear11

That was a cute puppy story. My kids are scared to death of animals. Well that is not true they like my nephews mice

If my DD sees a cute little dog walking down the street she is behind me and doing circles until they pass. DS is getting better. Grandpa has to put the cat in the garage when we come to visit too.

No new grandpuppy pics yet, Nab. DD said maybe in a couple days she'd have them uploaded. I would imagine having this added responsibility will be make for an interesting spring and summer for her!

I forgot to mention that I had 2 loads of laundry to fold today and only had to fold 1/2! Jeremiah was having attitude problems, so I made him fold my laundry! It was WONDERFUL! Now that I know he can do such I goog job, I'll be using his services more often!

Also, Chad came home today and announced that I am pregnant. lol He said, "You've been having cravings and eating like a pig(it's true) all week, plus you never had PMS, you haven't turned into a B*^#% from H*#* this month" LOL! I guess I do get a bit high maintenance during that time. So, tomorrow is the day. I've felt like I would be getting AF soon today, so who knows. I told him he could bring a test home tomorrow if it still hadn't come.

To all the newbies: We have 4 boys and want at least 2 more children....everyone here is hoping for a girl. Who will be called Manna Poppins on the thread, she will be spoiled by all, I'm sure. We've been trying for like 5 months now and everyone here has been eagerly awaiting the big announcement.

Nab I'll get right on the LeCellier reviews (I actually did on another message board... 'should I do LeCellier or Ohana's - I said, if you have to ask, dont do LeCellier, save it for someone who LOVES it!!!)

MommyP ooo GOOD LUCk!! We do boys real good in our family - my aunt (2yrs older than me) had 5 boys, then twin girls!! (Sadly one girl didnt survive - the other just came home safe and sound from Afghan!) my cousin (2 years younger than me) has 4 boys... and then I had 2 boys... we decided to stop trying... but... somehow birth control failure ten years ago.. I have a dd!! True blessings... thick and thin!!

MinnieMoo I'm sure we can mix up some trouble at Pop, and visit POR...

I made it through one mile!! The weather is gorgeous. DH started a new job a few months ago, and a coworker invited us to her wedding... we werent going, until today she insisted, and we bring dd!! So I had to go shopping!! A lady asked the salesperson if the brown dress was on sale... she said "oh, these are marked wrong..." I quickly grabbed one in my size... turns out they were marked $59 should've been $89 + 30% off The games retailers play with prices!! With a coupon I got it for.... $32!!

Hope your test is positive tomorrow ! I think large families are wonderful. We would have liked more, but,were told after #1 to stop ; of course we didn't listen and pushed things with having #2 a year after #1.

We personally did not get any damage, but many many roads are closed/washed out in our town and surrounding towns, and though everyone's power is back on (for the most part) there will likely not be phone service for WEEKS. TG for cell phones!

Like when the hurricanes of 2004 hit here.
It was crazy!
Try living without a/c in florida in August and September!

Not meant to cause any concerns for any September trippers, the best place you could be during a hurricane is WDW, they have tons of backup power and move anyone that might need moving to secure places and even feed you for free!! I might evacuate there next time, LOL! They reopen the next day like nothing happened.

I bought a tiny 16" battery powered tv last year at the start of the season. Luckily we did not need it, and hopefully not for a long time. But it so helps to know what is happening. I was glad I had at least a radio.

Last hurricane we had before 2004 was like 10 years before, and it was not bad at all (in Orlando anyway).
There was one in 1979 in September, right after my son was born. We lived in a mobile home at the time, so we evacuated to my BIL's apartment, where they proceeded to have a hurricane party.
People went skinny dipping in the pool! Goog times!!!
I did NOT participate in that activity though............

Happy you are ok personally, but I sure feel bad for people affected.
