Just the creepy passer by again its the night before prom and I just opened her dress up form the bag, its wrinkled. Do I press, steam, not that I know how to do either one?!
I am starting to freak! Please help me!

Meeting in the middle between flood and drought sounds good. Now let's talk bugs. We have approximately a week of "good" spring before the blackflies come out. Miserable. Followed by mosquitoes, not so bad, but will likely be horrible this year after a flood. Whatchu got, bug-wise? Maybe we can strike a deal.

I would try steaming first, Angel.

DO NOT iron without putting a damp cloth over the dress first, if steaming doesn't work.

I'm no domestic goddess either, but that's my thoughts.

Angel--if it isn't to bad hang it in the bathroom with the shower on. The steam might help.Or do what Marita said if you iron for sure.

Ohhhh, tonight we're having one of those Marie Callender's Crock Pot Meals (on hand for lazy days) It's the Chunky Chicken Noodles one and it's SOO goog. It's been slow cooking all day. The serving size is 2/3 Cup....YA RIGHT! (and 220 cals.) I think I had about 350 calories. But my belly is full and happy with comfort food.

I'm off to the Dairy to buy milk!

No, we have an actual DAIRY with MILKMEN who DELIVER milk. Very retro! It's just the best!

BUT, for 25 cents you can get a soft serve ice cream cone! So I got one for each of us (minus ME ) of apple/ vanilla swirl. I had a teeny taste. There's goes weigh in tomorrow ((it was fabulous, that taste))

I also got fresh eggs, bread, fresh butter, applewood cured bacon, and cheese curds.

It's kind of a yuppy farmers market type of place, but at least it wasn't Walmart for a change.
