YouDee was chasing my daughter Shannon around the student center last week. Shannon thinks he found out that she dissected a blue hen last year in anatomy

I was going to use one of my monthly ice creams last night, but after my exercising I didn't feel like eating ice cream at all! Yay! I want to be cute pregnant this time, not fat lard axe pregnant! My bum and legs are sore from the lunges and squats. Thankfully there aren't many people around here to laugh at me out taking a walk and stopping to do lunges. lol

MommyP, If you don't know what he is then you should be glad he is around. It is a perfectly harmless corn snake and they love to eat rodents (as well as lizards, amphibians and birds).

I KNOW what it is. No snake is goog. And he isn't doing his job on MY lanai! We have zillions of mice in the woods around the house and let me tell you, this snake wasn't big enough to eat a frog.

And it was less than 12 inches from getting inside my HOUSE.

I wouldn't be living here with a snake, harmless or not in my house.

Hi cool kids.

Yesterday was perfect weather day. Dh, dd, and I went for a horseback ride. Our "neighbor" (there's no house it's just part of the land he farms) lets us ride on his land. There are some woods on his property too. It was one of those Kodak moments, but of course I didnt bring the camera.

I wish we had 6 horses so the boys could ride with us too, but they were at baseball practice with one of our other "neighbors" They live about a mile down the road. lol.

Anyway, have a great day. Watch out for those snakes, MommyP.

Haley, I loved Little House on the Prairie too. My dd watches it now too. She even read the books when she was in elementary school. I think we both secretly wish we could live back then.

Speaking of Little House where is Twinkie? House hunting....

Today is picture day at school. I let them wear what they wanted. Nicholas wanted to spike up his hair but I didn't want him to. These picture are close to there birthdays so I use them for that purpose. Anyway he is on the school bus and he is smiling and waving something....hair gel he took from the bathroom

I guess they will be memorable if his hair is a mess.

I don't mind snakes at all. But spiders give me the heebie geebies!!!

One time (at band camp), after one of my c-sections, and I was on some funky pain meds, I hallucinated a million spiders dropping down from the ceiling. I froze in terror. Even though they were hallucinated spiders, EEEEK!!!

UMA-- how many more days until your next trip to Disneyland?

I should start my spring cleaning, the sun is shining. Good hang your curtains out kind of day. But instead I just picked up and dusted.

Did finally take the boot tray down stairs and bring up the shoe rack. Crocs,running shoes and sandals instead of winter and rain boots. The rain boots I am sure will come back up, but I was going for the uncluttered front hall look.

Nab - I cracked up about sneaking the hair gel to school. Ha! Some of my "best" pictures were when I tried to do my hair. I've never been a girly girl, but I'd try for picture day.

Those stupid poofy bangs were popular back then -
and I'd try to do it.
And oh was it bad!

It sounds like MommyP and BN both live out in the middle of no where like I did growing up.
I even had a pony. She was blind in one eye, but sweet as she could be!

I sure can relate to your comment about wishing I was back to the size I was in high school . . . or college . . . when I thought I was fat!

Hi everyone. House buying takes alot of work. So far we are back to square one.... nada!

I am exhausted. For reals.

I am sure we will find something but DH is super busy at work (and stressed) so finding time to look and have deep financial discussion is difficult. Anyway I am super impressed with all y'all.

for MP for exercising while pregnant. Wow. What a concept. I take it as a 9 month ticket to lethargy and laziness.

for Moo- major bling there baybee!!!!!! I am SO PROUD of you! Keep up the goog work.

for NAB- just in general. The uncluttered front hall look is classic I hear.

for Utah- for overcoming the contacts! One should not be blurry. Maybe it is wrong. If mine are inside out I still see fine I can just "feel" it everytime I blink. Currently my rxs are the same so I can mix them up. But I don't. Make up a routine and STICK to it! (for me left eye goes in first and comes out first)... ocssionally under extreme exhaustion I have found myself trying to take out the contact that is already out and once I amost put two in one eye! It doesn't matter what your habit is as long as you stick to your habit.

In sad(ish) news I think the Twinkie family is officially out of the meet. I think all of our money needs to go to the new house. So be sure to miss me and fill me in on ALL the fun. I want pictures! And phone calls!

Twinkie-- we are opposite we have a house we love but have to sell this one first. Which is backwards and just as stressful. We well defineitly miss you at the meet. Ewww on the rat dissection. We had to do a fetal pig and frog in grade 7 and 8.

Kelly --don't you hate when they give up there naps or they want to give them up and fall asleep at the dinner table then be wide awake at bedtime.
