This I dont understand!! Must be a foreign language... my DS in college have messy messes - can you believe they drink the water from water bottles, ok, then when its empty, they put the lid on, and remember, they are boys... THEY POP THEM - either by stepping on them real hard, or crushing with their hands!! OK, I can live with that, but why do they then think its ok to throw it on the floor???? cant they even pick up when mom comes to visit???



Mine happened outta nowhere, the first one... then the TF took one away and gave me 2 more on the chachi thread... I felt really honored, but like UMA it was into the 1,000 post before I was bestowed a tag... they still make me smile tho!! (and yes, I really do take pixie dust and I really did sprinkle the cm's, some asked for a bit to keep11)

I am not a girly girl either so I don't know where she gets it from. She even owns more shoes then I do.....Only will wear dresses too and she is in grade one.

Hi eeyore45, Kelly, poly, and tink. I'm still getting to know some of you, so HI!

UMA Hurray for getting contacts. Trust me, you'll be fine. When I got mine, (many, many moons ago) I got them into my eyes at first more by accident or luck than by design. It's hard to make them go in while you're squinting/blinking, which is the normal reaction to something coming right at your eye. If you put a nice big drop of contact solution on the back of the contact, you don't feel anything but the moisture touch your eye, then it's in. After a few tries, you realize it just feels like a drop of water touching your eye and you stop being afraid of it.

Nab, Twinkie, MommyP, Haley and the rest of the Old Gang (no that does not mean you're old, you just have seniority) I hope you're having a great day. MommyP, why do you feel like carp?

Poly I remember first coming on the dis and people would post "pixie dust" and I finally got the nerve to ask... (not what is pixie dust) but.. do I have to go to the store and buy glitter to take my own pixie dust to wdw... for my first trip to wdw I didnt want to be left out, I envisioned all these Dis'ers trading pins and sprinkling pixie dust!!! Then last year I figured, why not - and did buy a bag of glitter from LibbyLoo and dusted!!!

I know you'll be shocked to hear I have baseball practice with the boys again. 3 boys on 3 different teams makes for an interesting summer. I'm glad I like the game.

when our youngest was 3, she politely asked if she could put away her clean laundry.I asked why, and was told that I wasn't doing it the right way I tried not to laugh and said ok, she could do it herself. For 15 years, her drawers and closet were neater than Martha Stewarts'. now she is in a dorm and it looks like she moved in and just dropped everything wherever. When I visit, I try not to look around and never make a comment. I just hope she doesn't think she'll be living like that when she is home for the summer.
The oldest doesn't want to live on campus and commutes from home. She doesn't believe in dusting, and when I insist, doesn't move any of her "stuff". she at least puts her laundry away. she just has "stuff" around.
And to tell the truth, none of it really bothers me- so what if they are messy-they are good kids .

I so hear that - but what a cute story, at THREE!! If any of my kids did that, I would have had to get a blood check to make sure they were related -

but like you, life is too short, and I am blessed - they are good kids!!

OHHH! I met my best virtual friend on Twinkie's TR....TWINKIE! Now she's my fur-real friend....Her TR is a hoot! She did kill me with her cliff hangers, though!


LilG is FULL of great stories and wisdom. He's a sweet-tart.

Haley- went to school with me in real life. BUT, she was several grades younger than me. (Hi Homie! '85 RULES!!!) We may have crossed paths several times but I was too shy to notice anyone. She's as nice as they come. Now, there's a TR! Her DH is Mr Silly and he's a genuine geenius. In a funny way. I don't understand a WORD of his stuff , but Haley is there to clarify. Together, they are full on freaking funny!

MommyP- Lives in Florida and also has a very funny TR going on too (click on the link in her siggie). She has 4 boys and homeschool's them!!! I can t even help with homework without wanting a stiff drink (Mormons dont drink ) She's a great friend and I wouldn't trade her for anything

Marita- Is Backstage Gal who finally has tags she's not very happy with but I think their funny! She works for Disney behind the scenes and has been there for like 35 years. oh, She's German, too. AND, she's awsomer than she realizes!

MinnieMoo ("Moo")/Cheryl- She's dieting with me and we have to sometimes DRAG each other kicking and screaming back onto the wagon. She is SO NICE!!! She puts everyone first and is one I cant wait to meet!

NaB- Is from Canadia. I think of sandwich crackers when I see her name, which is her son's initials (I just barely learned this!). Last year her family went on a Disney cruise!!! She claims to not be a girlie-girl but I'm not buying it!

Eeyore- Is a newbie too, on this thread. I know her best from the WISH thread...which I wont divulge her best weight loss secrets. She's my best cheerleader and wont let me not exercise. But I do know she's a good friend and I just lof her!!!

There! That's the short list! There's actually a lot of peeps from the old thread that come by all the time. They are a good buncha peeps too.

I just had a heavenly nap!!! Naps are goog! They are a priceless treat!

Getting contact lenses in 2 hours...EEEEK!!!!!!

ok, KAY is writing probably the best TR ever! It's really well done, and is by far the funniest thing EVER! You'll know she's updated because she announce "DING DING DING" She's a very good judge of character and

BabyNurse is delusional. She thinks we're the cool kids!!! I guess compared to a cage of monkeys we're "cool"...but? I guess we're so far out, we're In??? Seriously, she is always ON THE FUNNY.


Celery is the neatest stalker you'll ever meet. She is the incridible shrinking woman and is NOT allowed to drink carbonation or alcohol (MISSY!). Her real-life dramas are very entertaining. Her assistant is dead in the freezer,
SHE's the go-to girl regarding the Meep Meet.

Her significant other (did I say that right?) is DablueSteaker. Just barely getting to know her. She a keeper!
