Open Cloud Security virus and how to remove it?

This happened the other night, the only site that I was on was this one. Somehow this rogue trojan virus got installed on my computer. I did not click on any banners or advertisements at all.

Does anyone know a legit way to uninstall this or delete this. We have tried everything and I nothing is working.

Try this. When a virus has slipped by our firewall in the past, this website has helped us get rid of it. One time our IT person at work couldn't remove a pesky one and was wiping out and reformatting people's hard drives when it got them- we got the same one that was hitting work at home and I thought our computer was a goner, but we used the instructions ffor that particular one on this website and it took care of it:

I had the Open Cloud stuff pop up on my new computer this morning. I've only had it a month. I just restored mine to an earlier date and have not had open cloud stuff come back up yet. Not sure if it will or not. So aggrevating. And I'm always real careful about what I click on.

This stuff runs rampant in the celebrity gossip sites. I was constantly cleaning the computer because short of putting a password on the computer so my wife couldn't use it, I couldn't convince her to stop looking at the celeb gossip sites.

This "Open Cloud" name is new to me (I did finally convince her to stop looking at the celeb sites, hehe) but it looks just like the old "Windows Defender" antivirus popups from a while ago. Malwarebytes got rid of it every time for me. Simple as rebooting in Safe Mode and letting it scan for about half an hour.
