Thanks- Okay - new week- new month- new plan!
I am going to do the treadmill every weekday (25 minutes minimum) until my trip and take off on Sat & Sun. I am going to drink my H2O religiously and I am going to be cautious about eating. 18-22 WW points each day and my flex points (I will try not to use all 35)
I have been a total failure about excersise- that has to change. I was so committed at the start of this thing and I don't know why I got lazy about my plan. I know what to do to get results- now I just have to re-commit. I also failed at weaning DS but that's okay- I love cuddling up with him each night. This is my last baby so if he wants to nurse- fine with me.
I am getting so excited for my Disney trip on 6/16- The kids are going to freak out when we tell them (at the airport) I went to the
Disney Store yesterday and they were having a great sale. Tha was fun- got a few knick-knacks for the kids to give them on the plane or as pillow gifts on our trip.
Those extra lbs I gained seem to be coming off- I hope by weigh-in on Friday I am back to my 14 pound total loss. My scale says I am 141 but my SIL's scale says 145. That is a big diff. I am pretty sure that hers is more accurate
I am wearing a size 10 jeans comfortably- I am going to pull out my pre-pregnancy summer clothes today and see if I can squeeze into them- this could be either great- or really depressing- I was 139 on the doctor's scale at the beginning of my pregnancy. Wish me luck today-
