I saw someone say they got a shorter wait time on the device they used to enter right at the hour. No clue how truthful that is. I am rolling the dice and going to enter at the hour on my 2nd device (phone) and hope I dont regret it.

I have done that before with success, but that's usually a thing when the waiting room is active. (There's a gap that you can slide into when the queue opens and the waiting room is moving people over.)

Definitely do that if you have an extra browser - but it might not work today.
