Yeah, the app pops it to my phone's browser and gives me the same message and always has. So congrats? But def not working for me.

I'm happy for those who found this workaround, but it isn't working for me. I just get looped back in the queue again. Maybe it is working for those who didn't join the room initially?

This is strange. Some people are having luck with the app and others aren't. My purchase isn't official I guess, the email says it is processing.

Didn’t make a difference for me I fully closed it and it’s still saying paused

Yes. It takes you a website. From there I selected the date, how many and entered names, then checked out.

Same . I even uninstall the app. Login logged out nothing is changed.

I am hoping this as well. One person posted seeing the tickets in their app under "Tickets and Passes"

I was trying the app, just kept sending me to the website that said pauded. I closed the paused window on my phone, went back thru the app and it went back to the website and worked!!

First world problems I know but it’s so not fair. I’m in Australia I never get to come to these events my little kids really want to go and I can see I’m never going to get these tickets

Same for me. No waiting. My browser still says sales have paused, but bought 3 tickets though the app in like 2 minutes.

I don’t think it dumped people in the queue in the order they entered the pre-queue.

I hit the website at 8:30, nothing happened, 8:35 it let me enter pre queue; then dumped me in at >1 hr

Or there was just a lot of us who were in the pre queue early
