Mmm...Jiko is our favorite restaurant so far and we have eaten there for the past two years but passed it up to try something else this year. But looking at your pictures I'm trying to find a way to fit it in now!

How far along are you in nursing school? I am in Med Surg right now so can relate to your "great stinking cauldron" comment. All I could think is, "She must be in her Med Surg rotation!"

So jealous of your child free vaca...my kids are now at an age that it would be impossible to take a kid-free trip to WDW without some major hissy fits happening.

I actually just started my very last semester!!!! I graduate on December 17 th!!! Currently I am in my advanced adult care (critical care, cardiac, ect....) rotation, and the clinical for that portion starts on Tuesday. I am literally shaking in my boots!!! The second half of the semester I will be doing my psych. clinical. As far as med. surg. goes, it was my least favorite rotation. Loved, loved, loved, maternity, L&D, and pedi .
But I am sooo looking forward to being done. I am totally burned out!!!! Then all I have to look forward to is NCLEX and getting an actual job!
When do you graduate?

Thoughts for postgraduation....Well I live in Mass. just north of Boston. I know there is supposed to be a nursing shortage, but what it really is a shortage of experienced nurses. So to get hired as a new grad. is very difficult from what I have heard. So right now I am just trying to narrow down where I want to work and I think in November I am going to start sending out my resumes. I have some friends that graduated last December, and that is when they started the job search. It is weird to be so close to graduation. It seems like I have been in school forever! The only thing that has gotten me through is dreaming of Disney trips, past and future. I am totally addicted to these boards. I really have to limit the time I spend here. I really want to finish my dining report, but I really have to budget my time!!!!

This is great.....I have been looking for some new Jiko reviews. It's our favorite WDW restaurant, we are going back in 2 months and wanted to see what was new. Glad you enjoyed it, and I look forward to the second review.
