Only One Today

I'll never have this day again, and when today is through,
I may not have another chance for things I'd like to do:

The thankfulness that I could show, the kindness someone needs,
the thoughtfulness I could express through little loving deeds,
the caring words that someone may need to hear me say.

Lord, help me understand there's only one today.

Jason, someone that thinks I like to read junk left it for me. I never know what to find when I come in. Sometimes I find candy, too. I hate it when they just leave me work instead.

That is so nice! I'm a SAHM and the only thing I find on my desk are dirty tissues, candy wrappers, empty cups dirty socks UNDER the desk. My kids love leaving me presents

Meeshi, doncha just love those presents. Makes you want to "return to sender" sometimes, doesn't it?
