You all are great. Every time I log on I read something I hadn't thought of before...like the full moon...
I have good news to share with the folks who read my Labor Day message.
My friend who lost her husband a few weeks ago has decided to GO on the cruise with us! We hoped and prayed that she would.
We know she (and we) will have some rough spots along the way, but this will be far better for her than staying home alone. He husband was a good friend to all of us, so we'll be cruising in his memory as we help her move forward at her own pace.

Looking forward to meeting all of you soooon!!!!!!

Coleen, I saw a guy at my son's bus stop today, drives a Jeep, and it had a sticker on the windshield that said "It's a Jeep thing, you wouldn't understand"....other than you, I'd never seen that before.

Moontan, huh? Will Morticia & Gomez be there too? I'd thought of something else I could've said about a moontan, but I'll refrain.

Even though everyday I have some little thing or another to do to get ready to go, I still can't believe it's this close. It's like it's just been some big fantasy all along, especially the wedding part. Trying to figure out when it will hit me.....on the way to the airport, on the plane, when I get my first glimpse of OUR ship...

Any moms with married daughters? Am I going to cry? Alot?

I KNOW I'm going to cry when I have to get off the ship!

Just me again.. (now you know where I got my name)...Jordan (DD,13) wants to know if there will be any teenagers from our group on the cruise. Anyone with teens?
How abut anyonewith kids Jared's age? He's 10.
I told them I didn't think so, but that I would ask.
Should I post another thread asking, or do you think that everyone who reads these boards and is on our cruise has already "signed in" and read all this?

Our oldest son is coming with us, but I don't think he fits into the kid category; he is 28. My daughter, son-in-law and grandaughter were going to come, but my daughter is due with our second grandchild in November. Tried to talk them into letting us take Sarah who is 3, but no luck. Sarah is looking forward to seeing her cousin Deanna (Gail & John's daughter) after the cruise. Grandkids are the greatest!

Hey Mike, tell Rose we are waiting to hear from her.

As far as Bears fans go, no problem. Years of less than stellar play by my beloved Lions have conditioned me to most feedback

Carol, I will let Rose know but don't hold your breath.

As far as this moon tan thing goes, NOBODY wants to see me in a thong glow in the dark or not. But I will take pictures if needed.

I like to have a cigar every so often, but I know very little about picking a good cigar. Any suggestions of what to look for and how to choose? Any suggestions would be great
